How to reset the password on a pen

I forgot password on my pen. How do I reset it?

Answer
If you know the password then you can dock the pen and remove the password in PenPusher or penDirector.

If you don't know the old password:

• For LP1 try a full reset (master reset) on the pen. See instructions here. If this doesn't work then flash the pen with the latest firmware.
• For LP2 use penDirector and perform factory reset (Factory reset button).
