What can I do if I get the error "Transfer Interrupted" during attempted synchronization?
Unpair the pen from the phone & re-pair the pen with the device. If that fails, try:
- Unpair/Forget all digital pens from the device
- Toggle BT off and back on again
- Uninstall the application
- Re-install the application
- Pair the pen again
If further issues are encountered, a factory reset of the pen might need to be considered via our penDirector app.
NOTE: A factory reset will delete the stroke data on the pen, so please ensure that it has been retrieved beforehand.
