LP2 - Pen getting into DFU-mode

LP2 Pro (Boxer Jr) customer run into a pen into DFU mode accidentally. Is this a known fw issue?
What is a normal way to get into DFU mode? Any chance that customer could put such switch on by accident?

There is no implemented way in LP2/LP2 Pro firmware in which a user can set a pen into DFU mode.
The firmware is actively preventing the DFU mode to happen. However, if an error is happening repeatedly at startup of the pen, then the pen will enter DFU mode to break a potential crashing loop. If that happens, unusual conditions of the fuel gauge or battery have typically been detected.
