LP2 - Driver for LP2 fails but LP1 works.

Question

System is running with DP-201's without issue, but a brand new LP2 has given this (see picture). System is Win7 64-bit. An additional test was done on Win7 32-bit and there were no issues. Multiple USB ports tried, both direct and via hubs.

Answer

It could be system security policy set up to block COM ports as LP2 does connect differently to LP1.
