LP2 - pen dies after upgrade

We have been trying to upgrade a LP2 pen from the beta program, but the firmware upgrade failed. Can you advice on the version of firmware we need to install and how can we rectify the pen that is now dead?

Answer
Pens from the beta program should not be used outside of the scope of the beta program. These pens are not compatible with the general available firmware releases since these pens had an earlier version of hardware. They cannot be brought to life again if you have unsuccessfully tried to upgrade the firmware.
