ALF - My pen license has been overwritten

My pen license has been overwritten. Do I need to order a new one?

Answer
You do not have to order new licenses, add your pen(s) to the server again, create an activation file and provide it to Anoto Support.
Checkpoint (Anoto Live Forms licensing portal) knows that your pens are valid and will give you back a license file with the correct expiration dates without using any new licenses. Upload that file to your server and you are up and running again.
