Anoto Live Forms - Adding new user in ALF

Question

I have created a new user. I have a pen which isn't on our portal. How do I go about getting the pen on the system and linked to the new user?

Answer

Sign in with the user within an ALF app, either phone or PC, and then fill in a test form and submit.

If the pen isn't licensed, you will receive a message saying this operation is 'Pending'. Then an admin user will need to generate an activate-file via the Administration's 'Users & Devices - New Devices' section and email that over to orders@anoto.com for payment and processing.
