Mobile app missing pen settings - message

Question
We have a user whose pen settings do not show up in the iOS mobile app. The pen works ok with the app though.

Answer
You have tried to unpair the pen and phone, but this problem is related to the previous phone or device the pen was connected to. 
Make sure that the pen is unpaired and removed from the Bluetooth settings on the other device, turn off Bluetooth on the old device and then try again.
