Problem using network printer

I have problem printing to network printer.

Answer
Does the printer name contain any characters not supported by the computers OS?
For instance if you are running an English OS and trying to print to a network printer that has non Latin1 characters in its name, e.g. Japanese or Korean signs. This would need the computer to run an OS of the same language to work.

Does the printer supports the page size that you are trying to print?
For instance, you are trying to print a form in A3 or letter size on a printer that only supports A4. If other formats are supported by the printer, e.g. A3 and you want to print an A3 form or in landscape mode, you should set print parameter “Page size” on your form before printing or generating files.
