Live Pen 1 - How can I find my pin code?

How can I find my pin code?
My BlackBerry has been rebuilt by my local IT team and they have installed the Digital Pen App however, they have not paired my digital pen. I have tried to pair the pen but it asks me for a PIN code?

Contact your local IT team or Anoto for your PIN. Alternatively if you have the box the pen was supplied in the PIN can be found within the plastic bag the pen was stored in. This will provide the pen serial number, PIN and MAC address.
