How do I reset my AP-701? Is there a way to do it without software?

Answer

With our AP-701 pen model there is no way to perform a physical reset with the pen. A factory reset can only be performed through our software (penDirector / Pen Browser).

With penDirector, access the Pen settings tab, select 'Factory reset' & confirm.
