Anoto Live Forms PrintProcessor - I get an IMAGE_CONVERSION_ERROR when trying to print my form. What is wrong?

When I try print out my form via PrintProcessor, I get the following error:

Why is this happening?

This error could occur for a number of reasons but we have found that the most common cause of this error for our customers is when they use 'commercial' fonts on their forms. So please replace the font used on the form with any public (general) font and upgrade the form in your system after having re-enabled it again.
