Can I use gel/emulsion type ink refills?

Can I use gel or emulsion type ink refills in my digital pen?

Answer

These types of ink refills did form part of our initial investigations when we decided on which to include with our digital pens. What we have found was that...

• to ensure that all strokes are successfully captured, more downward pressure than usual is required when writing with these ink refill types (and normal Fine-point refills, which is why we've decided upon a Medium-tip ink refill to compliment our technology for the best possible results)
• they get consumed very quickly, about 2-3 days (lots of writing)

So the short answer is "Yes, you can use your gel/emulsion ink refills but they are not recommended."
