Avoid bitmaps in the layout

The SetPDFPaperLayout() method does not seem to work, why?

Answer
The SetPDFPaperLayout() method should be able to handle basically all types of PDFs. An issue might be input PDFs having large/high resolution embedded bitmaps, which might result in very large output files.
