ALF - Error message when pairing pen with mobile Formidable application

Question
We have a device, Huawei, with the ALF application installed. When pairing the device with the pen, the device finds the pen and so do all ASUS notebooks with the Bluetooth feature. Even though the pen is paired, the application does not register the data from the connected pen. No proof of submission of a form can be seen and the pen vibrates as if not finding the app. I don't know why this might be happening as the pens are active on the platform...?

Answer
The mobile application shows the pen info on-screen, saying that no associated device can be found. That's because the device on the server side isn't associated with the mobile user account. This will be resolved by making a submission, then the server will update the association.
