2019-08-30 - Anoto Live SDK for Windows & Android Update Notice

We are writing to inform you about updates to our Base Kit for Windows & Base Kit for Mobile commercial packages. For details see the ReleaseNotes.txt file distributed with each of the products.

The 2 updated products are:

Anoto Live™ SDK for Windows [2.2.0.406]

  • NEW features 
    - Added support for annotation strokes; the pen also supports this feature to use
    - Added support for displaying archive event info in Ink Viewer
    - Added support for saving the stroke data read by stroke_sync
  • Bug fixes
    - Fixed the InkViewer icon was not visbile in the menu
    - Fixed the sentence issue in PenBrowser's ABOUT menu
    - Fixed the firmware upgrade failure in Fleet Manager Client
  • Known issues or limitations 
    - PenBrowser occasionally displays errors after finishing upgrading firmware to a pen even if the firmware is successfully updated to a pen

Anoto Live™ SDK for Android [1.5.2.95]

  • Bug fixes
    - Pen disconnect within a second while writing on digital paper in streaming mode
  • Known issues or limitations
    - Currently Live Pen 2 is supported on Android 4.0.3 (Ice Cream Sandwich) and up
    - Live Pen 1 (DP-201) is supported on Android 2.3.3 and up

These releases are available now and all Anoto Partners/Customers with a valid support and maintenance agreement can request access to these products by emailing support@anoto.com
