Mobile app missing pen settings
We have a user whose pen settings do not show up in the iOS mobile app. The pen works ok with the app though.
Have you paired your pen to a new iOS device recently? If so, please 'forget' the paired pen from the first iOS device's native Bluetooth settings (you might need to turn Bluetooth off on this 1st device too) as this problem is related to that first device still accessing the Bluetooth communication from the pen.
