2018-04-24 - Anoto support is migrating!
As part of our commitment to provide you with better and more efficient support, we are pleased to inform you that we are performing a major infrastructure migration from our current support system to a new and improved product. We are aiming to have this migration completed tonight (24/04/2018, out of office hours), with as little disruption to our customers and partners as possible.
We are doing this to improve our efficiency and to accommodate all the new customers we are getting onboard. This in turn will enable Anoto to carry on providing support to our customers and partners in a timely fashion, whilst providing us with better metrics and reports that we can use to improve our support and performance.
This operation will also migrate all historical tickets and data, so rest assured that nothing should be missed. The biggest change from your point of view will be the freedom from the requirement to interact with a ticket portal. Now, if you do need a bit of help you will simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The new system provides all of the sophisticated organizational capabilities of a ticketing system but it does it using the comfortable familiarity of email. You can also ask for help by using the web form in the “Contact” section of our (new) support site (https://support.anoto.com) once the cutover has completed.
