Live Pen™ 1 - Lost PIN Code

I have forgotten the PIN code to my Live Pen™ 1, now I can't access it or upgrade it. How can I make the pen functional again?

Answer
If the PIN code for the Live Pen™ 1 is lost or forgotten there is no way to access the data. To remove the PIN code a master reset has to be performed, during which any stored data within the pen will be deleted.
